Flowing with the kids!
Squeezing in a flow session before a meeting

Can do it too!
Hi! I’m Chin!
They say “Asian don’t Resin” but heck, that’s just on the outside.
If you’re feeling back pain from long hours at a desk, knees that complain during a run, or random pulled muscles just from playing with your kids. I feel you!
I needed a change. Cardio was getting boring, and strength training wasn’t helping me move like a real human. So I went back to something simple and nostalgic: skipping rope. Not only was it great for cardio, but it also challenged my coordination, rhythm, and mental sharpness.
While hunting for new jump rope tricks on YouTube, I stumbled across rope flow. One deep rabbit hole later, I was hooked – and here we are.
The benefits were too good not to share. I’m here to help grow the rope flow community in Canada and make it fun, inclusive, and easy for everyone to get started. Rope flow isn’t just another workout. It blends rhythm, coordination, and creativity into one simple, beginner-friendly practice. It’s low-impact, mentally engaging, and surprisingly fun. You don’t need a gym. You don’t need to be an athlete. You just need a rope and a little space.
Whether you’re a total beginner, coming back from injury, or just looking to move and feel better, you’re in the right place.
Let’s move better, feel better, and maybe even look cooler doing it.
Our Ropes
Repurposed in beautiful British Columbia, Canada

Flow ropes aren’t exactly cheap. Most retail between $40 and $70, and some big-name brands go even higher. That’s ridiculous for something that’s basically… a rope, right?
Here’s the thing: a good flow rope isn’t just any rope. It’s not your average PVC jump rope or cotton clothesline. The magic is in the weight and feel. That is achieved with a double-braided design, meaning a dense inner core wrapped in a tough, protective outer layer. The kind of stuff you’d find in climbing or marine ropes. Strong, smooth, responsive – and yeah, pricey when bought new.
That’s why we do things a little differently.
We make our ropes from upcycled gear sourced from local Search and Rescue (SAR) teams. These ropes are still in excellent condition, but need to be retired for safety reasons – maybe they’ve reached their recommended shelf life (even if they have never been used), been involved in a high-tension rescue, or were cut down to lengths too short for field use.
We don’t just dumpster dive for these, every rope is purchased at a fair price, meaning your support directly contributes to funding and sustaining these incredible rescue organizations.
Each rope is hand washed, inspected, cut to size, heat sealed, and finished with heat shrink tubing to prevent fraying. The result? A rope that’s durable, sustainable, and feels amazing in motion.
In short: premium quality without the premium price tag – and a purpose behind every swing.
All TRG Ropes are guaranteed for life.
If it breaks, snaps, or unravels, we’ll replace it!
