Light flow ropes (10mm–13mm) are ideal for beginners, flow arts, and anyone building coordination and timing. TRG Flow's light range includes the 13mm Velvet, Gooseberry Puff, Mistletoe Berry, and the upcycled Velvet line, all handcrafted in Canada.
