I needed a change. Cardio got boring, and strength training wasn’t helping me move like a real human. So I went back to something simple and nostalgic: skipping rope. It was great for cardio, but also challenged my coordination, rhythm, and focus.
While browsing jump rope tricks on YouTube, I stumbled across rope flow. One deep rabbit hole later, I was hooked - and here we are.
The benefits were too good not to share. I’m here to grow the rope flow community in Canada and make it fun, inclusive, and easy to get started. You don’t need a gym. You don’t need to be an athlete. You just need a rope and a little space.

Upcycled ropes are sourced from local Search and Rescue (SAR) teams. They are still in great shape, but retired for safety reasons - maybe they’ve reached their shelf life (even if never used), were used in a high-tension rescue, or were cut too short for field use. Every rope is purchased at a fair price, meaning your support directly helps fund and sustain these vital organizations.

Each rope is carefully inspected for defects/damage, cut to size with a heated blade to seal the fibers, then finished off with industrial grade heat shrink tubing for added protection.
