I personally stand behind every rope I make. If something’s not right, I want to make it right. Here’s my simple, no-stress Guarantee/Warranty/Return Policy:

Note: Upcycled ropes are handcrafted in limited quantities. Once sold out, it may never come back. 

Not happy with your rope? Damaged? Worn out? Received a wrong item?

Keep it. No need to send it back. No photos. No hassle.

You’re welcome to pass it along to a friend, donate it, or repurpose it however you like.

What’s the process?

Reach out anytime (email: chin@trgflow.com), no 30, 60, etc. day limit.

I’ll either:

  1. Send you a replacement rope (same or as close in specification as possible to your original - we can discuss options if the recommended replacement isn't to your liking).
  2. or Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at chin@trgflow.com.
