2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes).

3. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your package. You can track your order on our website or directly through the carrier’s tracking page.

5. International Shipping
International shipping fees and delivery times will vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied upon arrival in your country.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. If you experience any issues with your delivery address, please contact us before completing your order.

7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a solution.

8. Changes to Your Shipping Information
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
